-For services commissioned by an Executor or Administrator a service agreement contract may be required so that CVEDA can legally disperse, sell and dispose of Estate items on behalf of the Executor. This is required to protect both the Estate and the Service Provider.

-In such cases, the Executor or Administrator may be required to provide supporting legal documentation verifying his authority as Executor of the Estate.
